A dear mentor once told me, you will make mistakes. It happens. But don't ever come to me (or a client) with a problem/mistake without at least two solutions to fix it. Based on personal experiences, I'm not even sure some companies can call what they offer "customer service." For too many, there's nothing even remotely service oriented about what they offer.
