There is no hurry or need. I too had the same issue 10 years ago when I was 30. Heck, I still do as I don't look my age! I remember when I was 29 or 30 and owned my own business at the time. I walked in to meet my client and he asked with a stern voice, "Where's your boss?" Then I replied with a big smile, "I am the boss. Paul Roberts, glad to meet you sir." I remember I walked out with a signed contract too ;-) So, there is no need to hurry up and get older. You can make a great impression at any age. David,

On #1-Don’t rush to get older. There is no hurry or need. I too had the same issue 10 years ago when I was 30. Heck, I still do as I don’t look my age!

You guys could be next...
